NexGen is a hockey academy in Morristown, NJ, founded by Michael Meisenbacher in 2024.
Michael Meisenbacher
Founder & Head Coach
Michael played at every level — AAA youth in the AYHL, Junior A in the EHL and NCDC, and NCAA Division III at Trine University, a top-10 program in the country.
He started NexGen to give players what made the difference for him: smaller groups, more puck touches, coaches who’ve been at the next level themselves, and a real path forward from where you are now. Mental performance and academic support sit alongside the hockey — the hockey is the work.
